Cooking Light Magazine

I am in Cooking Light Magazine.  My first recipe was Fish Tacos.  They were so good!  You have to try them and the recipe is really easy to make.

  1. A very well written review, Matisse. I think not telling your friends that the tuna was nearly raw was a good idea which allowed them to try something new without preconceived notions.

  2. I'm going to have to try these. I made fish tacos yesterday for lunch and I still can't get the smoked smell of the oil out of my house! I hate that!
