Hi Matisse! I love getting your recipes. You certainly are a healthy eater. I have never tried kale chips but they look easy and delicious. My dog likes to eat the kale fresh out of the garden....I'm not sure why he likes kale so much. But maybe I can grab a bunch before he eats it so I can try your recipe!
