Kale Chips

My Mom and my sister love these Kale chips because they are healthy.  I love them because they taste good.

You need:
Kale
EVOO
Salt

Put the Kale on a baking pan with parchment paper, drizzle with a little olive oil, sprinkle with salt to taste and broil for 5 minutes.  YUM!  Eat straight away as soon as they have cooled down.

  2. Hi Matisse! I love getting your recipes. You certainly are a healthy eater. I have never tried kale chips but they look easy and delicious. My dog likes to eat the kale fresh out of the garden....I'm not sure why he likes kale so much. But maybe I can grab a bunch before he eats it so I can try your recipe! Keep the recipes coming, Elaine and Oscar (my chocolate lab) in Seattle!

  3. I've missed you Matisse. I have been wanting to try Kale chips for some time, but kept putting it off. Since you have the recipe and cooking steps printed right here, no more excuses. I will have to go to the store and get some Kale this weekend.

    Each of us different,

    No one is the same

Each of are us are unique in our own way,

Those of us who have challenges, we smile through our day.

Those who of us who have challenges, we smile through our day.

It doesn't matter what others say
